1. Introduction
T3X Global ("T3X," "we," "our," or "us") is a specialized executive search firm serving the eDiscovery and legal technology ecosystem. Our practice areas include Executive Search, Legal Technology Recruiting, eDiscovery Recruiting, Digital Forensics Recruiting, and Relativity Talent Search. We were founded by operators who built, scaled, and exited Evolve Discovery through a NASDAQ acquisition, and we bring that same operational discipline to how we handle your information.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal information when you visit t3xglobal.io, engage our recruiting services, submit a candidate profile, or otherwise interact with T3X. It also describes the rights available to you and how to exercise them.
By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
We may update this policy periodically. The "Last Revised" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. How We Use Your Information
T3X processes personal information to operate our executive search and legal technology recruiting business. We rely on personal information only to the extent necessary for the purposes listed below.
- Executive Search and Recruitment: To evaluate candidate suitability for specific search assignments across our practice areas, including eDiscovery, legal technology, and digital forensics.
- Candidate Profile Management: To maintain accurate records in our proprietary talent database, supporting both active searches and future engagements.
- Client Service Delivery: To present qualified candidates to client organizations, coordinate interview logistics, and facilitate successful placements.
- Communication: To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide search status updates, and deliver requested materials or intelligence reports.
- Market Intelligence: To produce anonymized compensation benchmarks, talent supply analyses, and sector research for the eDiscovery and legal technology community.
- Website Operations: To analyze traffic patterns, improve user experience, resolve technical issues, and optimize our digital presence.
- Legal and Compliance: To satisfy applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful process, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of T3X and third parties.
- Marketing and Outreach: To send market reports, talent insights, and sector updates, subject to your preferences and applicable opt-out rights.
T3X does not sell candidate or client information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Confidentiality is a core operating principle of every search we conduct.
T3X Global does not make recruitment decisions based solely on automated processing. All candidate evaluations and placement decisions involve human review by our search team. We may use technology tools to assist in organising and categorising candidate information, but no decision that significantly affects you is made without human involvement.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support site functionality, enable scheduling and contact management tools, and understand how visitors engage with our content.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary: Required for the website to function correctly. These include session tokens and security cookies that cannot be disabled without degrading core functionality.
- Functional: Retain your preferences and settings to provide a more consistent experience on return visits.
- Third-Party Cookies: Set by embedded services including HubSpot and LinkedIn. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
Do Not Track
Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your browsing activity tracked. Because there is currently no universally accepted technical standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, T3X Global does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to DNT browser signals. You may use the browser controls and opt-out tools described below to manage your cookie and tracking preferences directly.
Managing Your Preferences
You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit access to some site features. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.
5. Third-Party Services
T3X integrates third-party services to operate our website and recruiting practice. When you interact with these services, their respective privacy policies govern how your information is processed.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot for CRM, contact management, meeting scheduling, and email marketing. HubSpot processes contact information on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Their privacy policy is available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
LinkedIn
Our website links to LinkedIn profiles and may use LinkedIn's platform for professional network research. LinkedIn's privacy policy is available at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Relativity and Legal Technology Platforms
In connection with our Relativity Talent Search practice, T3X may reference professional credentialing information from Relativity and related platforms solely for candidate qualification. We do not share personal information with these platforms without your consent.
Background Screening Partners
Where applicable and with your explicit consent, we engage accredited background screening providers as part of the placement process. These providers are contractually restricted to processing information solely as directed by T3X and in compliance with applicable law.
6. Analytics Providers
T3X uses analytics tools to understand website traffic, content performance, and visitor engagement. All analytics providers are contractually restricted from using data collected on our behalf for their own advertising or sharing it with unauthorized parties.
- HubSpot Analytics: Tracks form submissions, page visits, and email engagement. Data is associated with an anonymous visitor ID until a visitor submits a form or clicks a tracked email link, at which point HubSpot links their browsing history to their contact record in our CRM.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: Provides anonymized demographic data about our site visitors to help measure LinkedIn advertising performance.
7. Marketing Communications
T3X may send you market intelligence reports, talent trend analyses, eDiscovery sector updates, hiring guides, and other professional content relevant to our practice areas. These communications are sent on the basis of a legitimate interest in serving the legal technology and eDiscovery talent community, or with your explicit consent where required by applicable law.
You may withdraw from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly at the information provided at the bottom of this page.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our ability to send transactional or service-related messages required to support an active search engagement or respond to a direct inquiry.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, satisfy our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Active Candidate Profiles: Retained for up to five years from the date of last contact or placement activity. Executive career transitions in eDiscovery and legal technology frequently span multiple years, and retention supports ongoing match opportunities.
- Reference Contact Information: Contact details provided as professional references are retained for the duration of the active placement process plus 12 months. Reference contacts are not added to our talent database and are not used for any purpose unrelated to the specific placement for which they were provided.
- Placed Candidates: Placement records are kept for a minimum of seven years to satisfy professional, contractual, and legal recordkeeping obligations.
- Client Records: Search assignment records and associated communications are retained for seven years following the close of an engagement.
- Website Analytics Data: Web analytics data associated with a contact record is retained for the same period as that contact record. Unassociated analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' configured retention periods.
- Marketing Consent Records: Opt-in and opt-out records are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
Where you request deletion of your personal information and no legal basis requires its retention, we will process your request within 30 days as described in the Your Rights section.
